If you are not satisfied with AX Protocol Pro, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email adir@rainz.ai from the address used at checkout, or use our Support page. Refunds are issued by Rainz AI Ltd. (Israeli company no. 517093407), the merchant of record, back to the original payment method through our payment provider CardCom, normally within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

Annual renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal charge. Cancelling stops future charges; your licence stays active until the end of the paid period.
