Terms of Service

These terms govern use of rainz.ai and the AX Protocol Pro service, operated by Rainz AI Ltd. (ריינז בינה מלאכותית בע”מ), an Israeli company, registration number 517093407 (“we”, “us”).

Service

AX Protocol Pro is an annual subscription (US$49 per year, per site) for the free, GPL-licensed AX Protocol WordPress plugin. Pro unlocks three capabilities in the plugin: Cloudflare edge readback in your dashboard, webhook subscriptions that push content changes to subscribed agents, and site-specific AXS shorthand learned from your own traffic. It also includes priority support from the Rainz.ai team. The plugin itself, protocol discovery, the AXS lexicon and plugin updates remain free and are not conditioned on a paid licence.

Orders and billing

Orders are placed on rainz.ai. Rainz AI Ltd. is the merchant of record and issues the invoice; card payments are handled by our payment provider, CardCom. Prices are shown in US dollars. Subscriptions renew annually until cancelled.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and for sites you own or operate. We may suspend keys used abusively (e.g. to attack the hub or other member sites).

Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
